What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead on cost and value reporting, keeping projects on track financially.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and keep commercial plans updated.
- Take the lead on subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors, helping them develop their skills.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet targets and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).

- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
