The Job:

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• The first point of contact in end-to-end People operations from onboarding, contracts, benefits and policies through to offboarding
• Act as the first line of HR advice in alignment with employment law and business processes, escalating to the HR Director as required
• Maintain systems and HR dashboards and drive greater system efficiency
• Support and spearhead wider HR projects including revamping policies, building out the performance management and talent development systems.

What is the company looking for?

• 3-5 years’ HR experience essential
• Demonstrable exposure to operational and generalist People duties
• Evidence working in a small and growing team
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
• CIPD qualification highly desirable
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented individual
