Night Production Shift Manager

This role is a night shift position

• Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Your new role:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Krispy Kreme manufacturing process.

People Management: You will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees during their assigned shift. This includes training, supervising staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Operational Management: You are responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Health & Safety: You will ensure that consistency, quality, Health & Safety and productivity are maintained throughout the shift and act as the most senior person on site in the absence of the site manager.

What we’re looking for in a Shift Manager:

• Relevant food manufacturing/bakery industry experience
• Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodology
• Leadership and people management skills – ideally experience of managing teams in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• IT literate
• Good verbal and numerate skills
