Instinct is the UK’s leading digital learning talent provider, catering to a wide range of successful companies across the globe. We are currently working with one of our valued clients who specialises in the creation and improvement of apprenticeship courses for clients in all industries.

Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

Rebranding and iterating current content

Creating new content focusing on ROI

Developing knowledge checks (KC) and workshops

Providing intro and review sections

Collaborating with SMEs to author technical content as needed

Overseeing and coordinating the technical aspects of content development

Person

The successful person will have:

• Strong instructional design skills with technical proficiency
• Experience in e-learning content creation, including building within LMS, content authoring, and the creation of supporting Multimedia assets.
• Working understanding and experience of BI Tools, Python, SQL.
• Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, and machine learning concepts
• Ability to create content focused on ROI
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
