Your next challenge


As Compensation & Benefits Sr Manager, this will be your missions:


  • Ensure internal equity & external competitiveness of total reward packages
  • Drive salary review and bonus processes
  • Manage the technical aspects of international transfers
  • Ensure consistency & competitiveness of benefit programs,
  • Participate in M&A due diligences
  • Support the HR function on legal matters
  • Drive Executive compensation
  • Work with legal team to ensure governance & compliance process: compensation committee, annual publications


The team is looking for the Global Compensation & Benefits responsible under the supervision of the VP C&B.

You will be responsible for the following:

Implementation of the Group grading throughout our business units:

  • Mercer
  • Evaluations, Support in implementation, Communication

Compensation management:

  • External data analysis
  • Internal data submission
  • Coordination of annual salary review and incentive processes
  • Bonus & sales incentive design
  • LTI expertise : plan, accounting, tax aspects

Benefits management:

  • Benefits audit & benchmark

Management of International Assignments:

  • Employment set-up proposals
  • Packages
  • Tax and social coverage optimization,
  • Establishment of international contracts

Process deployment:

  • Annual incentive scheme
  • Pay review guidelines & budget
  • Performance share grant and management
  • Trainings for HR and managers


You’re a match

  • Living in Paris, hybrid working model.
  • At least 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience working with a global HRIS i.e. Workday / SuccessFactors
  • International Mobility in international public French organizations is a plus
  • Human Resources experience and financial background would be highly appreciated. Legal aspects of international mobility are a plus too
  • Experience in developing and implementing pan-European/global compensation and benefit plans
  • Strong experience in audit & benchmark of benefits (global scale)
  • Must have worked in an international environment to be able to recognize local cultural differences and work efficiently within a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication & influence skills
  • Experience in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) due diligences
  • Project management skills
  • Alliance building approach to partner with other functions (Finance, Legal, Tax, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate issues/situations
  • Fluent French and English
