Job Description
Salter Grange seeks a highly skilled Senior Technical Coordinator with proven on-site experience. The current phase includes over 700 units across multiple RC frame blocks, as part of a larger 1200-home development.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the production of layouts and working drawings.
Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial, and Sales departments, ensuring effective communication and service levels.
Assist in the production of technical reports for land appraisals and support the Technical Project Manager in fee negotiation and consultant appointments.
Prepare and coordinate sales and legal information, including conveyance plans, sales area layout drawings, and material colours.
Assist in the production of pre-tender health & safety plans and liaise with relevant stakeholders on special projects.
Implement new ideas and methods to improve contributions to organizational goals and enhance the company's reputation.
Obtain, check, and coordinate information from external architectural consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers to supplement working drawings.
Produce designs for layouts, house designs, and other project-specific elements as required.Requirements
Background in residential construction, student accommodation, or hotel projects.
Strong ability to integrate with commercial teams.
Experience in managing MEP, shell, and core packages.
