Youll have a top name HVAC product range to represent. They have a full order book and 2 well trained and qualified Engineers. We now need you to supervise those 2 Engineers as well as being managing their diaries. On top of this youll partner with clients and make sure stock levels are kept up-to-date. A background as a HVAC Service Manager of Office Manager for a HVAC company is ideal.

In-house product customisation means you can work on solutions competitors cant and youll be well-rewarded for doing so via a solid salary and bonus.

Youll lead the technical team, running the diaries and workload of Engineers.

Services Managers duties

Office based job

Managing the service diary and scheduling work for the 2 other Engineers

Dealing with customers over the phone and on-site with technical enquiries

Leading the service & breakdown department

Manage both engineers & administration staff

Being the point of contact for clients & managing service contracts

Providing technical support to both clients & engineers.
