Junior Support Engineer

Junior Support Engineer - Reading/On-site - £35K

Austin Fraser is currently supporting a forward-thinking, innovative sports tech company who is committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their premium clients.

They are now looking for a Support Engineer to join on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for their customers as well as having the opportunity to work across other areas including cloud, development and networking.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and is early on in their career. It’s a great position if you are looking to expand your skill set further and into new areas!

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
• Good understanding of Linux.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication.
• Desirable: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salary: up to £35K depending on experience.

Location: Reading.

Interview Process: 2 stages.
