The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial, Tech & IP Associate/Senior Associate 6+ years PQE to progress within a leading commercial team in Cardiff.

This firm stands out from the crowd by virtue of its impressive track record of high-profile mandates and private sector offerings, including private equity/venture capital entities, in sectors including gaming, IT, healthcare, FinTech, life sciences, and financial services, among others.

Working as part of the wider technology and commercial team, you will lead on strategic procurements and contracts; advise on technology projects; and deliver framework agreements, collaborations, software purchases, digital transformation projects, cloud migration and outsourcing.

Aside from fee-earning and leading on transactions, they’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You’ll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
