• Proactively reach out to companies via phone to generate business opportunities
• Set up meetings for the sales team to progress.
• Building rapport and establishing trust with prospective customers.
• Delivering world-class customer service to maintain our company's outstanding reputation in the industry

Sales Development Representative – Experience & Skills required:

• Prior experience in Sales/Business Development
• High level of motivation and determination
• Articulate and able to communicate to C-Suite level
• Exceptional people skills – we are a friendly bunch, and this is essential to be successful in our industry
• A strong record of exceeding targets
• Experience within the recruitment industry (however, desirable but not essential)
