Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Specialise in Residential refurbishment and maintenance projects

* Project are long term Property Services framework schemes, maintenance and refurbishment projects

* The company have been awarded new projects from a key client and require an ambitious Quantity Surveyor

Role

* You will be delivering private and local authority projects

* Internal and external planned maintenance, refurbishment schemes

* You will have full Commercial responsibility for all projects within the region.

* Working closely with the Operational teams.

* Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project.

* Ensure health and safety is adhered to in line with company policy.

Person specification

* Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.

* Must have property services refurbishment and maintenance experience

* Experience with a reputable contractor.

* Knowledge of local authority and housing association clients

* Good with relevant paperwork and documentation.

* Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently
