Job Title: Groundworker (Social Housing)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £19 CIS per hour + Van & Fuel Card Provided
Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract
About the Role:
Our client, a leading company within the social housing sector, is seeking experienced Groundworkers to join their team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to secure long-term, stable work on social housing projects.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay rate of £23 per hour (CIS).
Van and fuel card provided by the company.
Ongoing contract with regular work.
A professional, supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities:
Performing general groundwork, including drainage, paving, kerbing, and fencing on social housing properties.
Assisting with excavation and installation of foundations and other structures.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and adheres to health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the site team to meet project deadlines. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Groundworker, ideally within the social housing sector or similar projects.
Valid CSCS card.
Experience with a wide range of groundwork tasks, including drainage and paving.
Full UK driving license.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.How to Apply:
