Plumber Multi Trade

Fraser Edwards are currently working with a construction contractor that have been trading for over 50 years in the construction sector providing complete building and maintenance services to private and public clients nationwide.

Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the team, to undertake works in the Wyton and local surrounding areas.

The Job:

This role will be on their MOD Contract that our client has going into void and tenanted properties undertaking the following key duties:

* Responsible for 1st, 2nd and final fix of all plumbing on domestic properties including showers, baths, toilets and leaks

* To provide reactive maintenance of properties and communal areas.

* To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.

* To complete plumbing installations and associated works.

* To use a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Company Benefits:

* Basic Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

* Callout OTE - £2500 - £3000

Candidate Requirements

* Full UK Driver’s License

* Plumbing Bias

* Core trade qualification is advantageous but not essential

* 5+ years’ experience within a similar role building/multi trade role

Working Hours

* Monday – Friday

* 40 Hours Per Week

* Lunch Break
