Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Newham
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:30 am – 03:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Tailored Support: Provide personalized support to students, whether one-on-one or in small groups.
IEP Involvement: Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet student needs.
Inclusive Learning: Work closely with teachers to promote an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Skill Development: Help children build their academic, social, and emotional skills.
Monitor Progress: Track and report student progress to teachers and parents.
Classroom Support: Assist with managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential, especially in a similar role.
Empathy & Patience: A caring, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting children.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
Commitment: A dedication to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can flourish.
Qualifications: Training or qualifications in special education are a plus, but not required.
