Guestia is a SaaS software company delivering an essential app for anybody travelling to or attending a wide range of events. Our platform enables event organiser’s, brands, rights-holders, organisations and teams the ability to easily build custom branded apps for their guests with important, useful and up-to date information about their event and travel. Guestia removes the need for paper itineraries, spreadsheets, information packs and emails. Our platform is trusted by leading brands such as Formula 1, McLaren F1, Golf Saudi and Oyster Yachts.


We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team in a brand-new role. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional eager to make a monumental impact. You'll be responsible for creating, implementing and owning a comprehensive marketing strategy across the company and have the chance to shape the future of our brand from the ground up. Salary: £50,000 per annum


Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with Guestia's goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure strategies support overall business objectives.

Content Creation

  • Write, edit, and produce engaging content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website content.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral.

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets.
  • Manage media inquiries and craft compelling press releases.

Digital and Social Media Management

  • Manage Guestia’s digital presence, including websites and social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analyse and report on digital performance metrics.

Internal Communications

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Manage internal communication channels, such as the intranet.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications reflect the organisation's values and voice.

Project Management

  • Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and contractors as needed.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on marketing initiatives and outcomes.

Campaign Development

  • Develop, deliver, and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion.
  • Identify emerging trends to add value to marketing plans and update existing content.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community organisations.

Collaboration and Cross-Sector Opportunities

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate and complement other sectors.
  • Facilitate cross-sector business development opportunities, working closely with the client and markets team.

Awards and Recognition

  • Suggest relevant awards for teams and contribute to drafting award submissions.

Brand Guardian

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all marketing content.
  • Collate, edit, update, and proof all core marketing content to ensure accurate brand positioning statements.


To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:

· 3-5 years as a Brand/Marketing Manager.

· Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent. CIM qualification is a plus.

· Strong copywriting skills, expertise in digital marketing, and experience in executing integrated promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns.

· Proficiency in MS Office, graphic design, online marketing, social media platforms, and experience with CRM/email platforms.

· Highly effective project management, prioritisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.

· Good understanding and experience in digital media and brand management.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to build and sustain relationships with key business partners.

· Experience in sports and hospitality sector is desirable but not essential.
