Up to £65,000 + Package

Our client is a boutique Project & Cost Consultancy based in Surrey who are renowned for their hands-on, tailored approach to delivering exceptional projects across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, Hotels and Industrial. Our clients works on both major new builds and refurbishments with some of London’s top development companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of cost management on diverse projects, including residential, office, student accommodation, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and contract administration.

Undertake financial forecasting, cost reporting, and post-contract cost control.

Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Assist in negotiating contracts and variations.

Provide expert advice on commercial aspects of projects.

Key Requirements:

MRICS qualified or close to achieving chartership.

3+ years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within a consultancy environment.

Strong knowledge of cost management across multiple sectors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Proficient in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.

A self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
