Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive front-office experience to lead a high-impact programme. This involves managing boundary changes, data transformations, and reporting. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and experience handling multi-million-pound budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee changes in front office processes.
• Lead requirement gathering for business and technical changes.
• Manage multi-million-pound budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee design and implementation of application updates, data quality improvements, and reporting tools.
• Ensure smooth cutover planning and execution, targeting a combined cutover in May.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure minimal disruption during boundary changes and system transitions.

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale front-office application projects.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-pound budgets and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong expertise in application development, system cutovers, and data-driven reporting.
• Experience in coordinating with both business and technical teams across departments.

Key Deliverables:

• Requirements and design documentation.
• Development and testing plans.
• Regular progress updates and budget reports.
• Cutover and transition plans for applications and data.
