Job Title: NQ Solicitor - Conveyancing

Location: Edinburgh

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated NQ Solicitor to join our Client's growing conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career in residential and commercial conveyancing. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of property transactions and providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
• Advise clients on all aspects of conveyancing, ensuring they understand the legal processes involved.
• Conduct property searches, prepare contracts, and review legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with experience or a strong interest in conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
