Professional Negligence 4 Year PQE Solicitor

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 Professional Negligence Team, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive to work on high quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is a really great opportunity to work alongside Lawyers listed in the Legal 500 who are experts in their field. You will have exposure to a full variety of cases including construction, engineers, architects, surveyors and insurer and re-insurance claims covering complex policy coverage advice.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Partners on high value claims with the progression opportunities to manage your own case load.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in professional negligence or construction claims whether on an assisting basis or running your own case load.

You will be familiar with arbitration, negotiation and adjudication and confident on client relations and KPIs.

The Candidate

• Qualified Lawyer with experience in Professional Negligence Claims
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contact
