Job Description
WE ARE HIRING A YARD MANAGER!!
Master Mix Concrete is looking for a yard manager to join our growing team based in Watford.
Working days for the yard operative position are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 17:00pm (working hours may vary from this, some daysyou may finish later other days you will finish earlier - pay is a fixed day rate with overtime paid after 17:00pm)
Saturday work is available weekly for extra/overtime as well.
Yard Manger responsibilities:
Loading and offloading trucks with a telehandler Assist in receiving and storing goods correctly Taking deliveries of goods and supplies Organising and prioritising work load Working with a physically demanding environment Keeping yard clean and tidy Assisting team within the yard with any maintenance issues. Any other duties as assigned by manager
Yard Manager Skills:
Experience working in a similar environment preferred but not necessary. Must have experience using a Telehandler Work well in a fast pace environment Must be able to work well in a team and ability to work unsupervised Reliable and motivated Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedure.
Job is full time, contracted PAYE, sick pay, 28 days holiday, overtime and multiple other bonus schemes running throughout thebusiness.
