The Role

• Negotiate contracts with customers, partners, and vendors to ensure adherence to privacy and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory teams on local market legal reviews.
• Handle responses to government data requests.
• Assist in the implementation of strategic improvement initiatives.
• Track regulatory and legislative changes related to privacy and data protection.
• Provide daily support to privacy and business teams, conducting privacy assessments in accordance with Mastercard's privacy and data protection policies and procedures.
• Enhance awareness among business clients, global privacy, and legal teams through training and other initiatives focused on privacy.
