Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Utilise your advanced skills in IBM DataStage to manage and optimise ETL workflows, ensuring efficient data processing and storage.
• Regulatory Compliance: Apply your knowledge in transaction monitoring and compliance within regulated industries to uphold our high standards of regulatory adherence.
• Leadership: Drive and manage long-term projects across Change Management and IT, showcasing your strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve gaps in data architecture, implementing strategic solutions for sustained success.
• Integration: Collaborate with our IT team to integrate compliance processes and regulatory frameworks seamlessly into our infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven senior-level experience as a data scientist with a robust background in ETL, data warehousing, and regulatory compliance.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience within large-scale operations or blue-chip companies, particularly in financial services or regulatory compliance.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability in driving complex projects and leading teams effectively.
• Compliance Familiarity: Adept at integrating compliance requirements into IT processes and mitigating associated risks.
