Overview: This role involves providing customer and sales support for systems and products, with a focus on CAD-based drawing creation, specification writing, and on-site technical support. You'll collaborate with the marketing team on technical content, stay updated on regulatory changes, and manage third-party product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
* Create CAD drawings and assist with as-built packages and O&M manuals.
* Aid in writing and approving roofing specifications.
* Support marketing with technical content.
* Monitor and report on regulatory updates.
* Manage third-party inquiries through selected partners.
* Offer on-site support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Technical understanding of commercial roofing systems preferred.
* Proficiency in Office and CAD software.
* Experience in construction-related roles and CAD work.
* Ability to work independently and manage pressure.

* Ability to climb ladders and use on-site access equipment
