Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Civils, Plumbing & Industrial Couplings
Industry Sector: Area Sales, Business Development, Drainage Systems, Drainage Products, Drainage Channel Systems, Civil & Drainage, Industrial, Couplings, Connectors, Plumbing Connectors, Civils, Civil, OEMs, OEM Sales, Civils Merchants, Builders Merchants, Drainage Specialist
Area to be covered: North & Scotland (4 weeks of the year in Scotland)
Ideally based M62 / Yorkshire
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000negotiable
Benefits: company car or negotiable car allowance & full benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Civils, Plumbing & Industrial Couplings will involve:
* Field sales position selling a manufactured range of ancillaries products such as: couplings, connectors, bushes, seals for concrete, joints, rings for the civils, plumbing and industrial market sectors
* Majority of your time will be spent selling to civils merchants and builders merchants
* The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to OEMs and drainage specialist
* Will inherit a well-established territory turning over circa £800k
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Civils, Plumbing & Industrial Couplings with:
* Must have field sales experience working for a manufacturer
* Would consider outside of construction for the right candidate
* Must be technically minded
* Must have good diary management / planning experience
* Hungry, dynamic and driven
