* Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for M&E projects.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful cost management and procurement.
* Prepare and review contract documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
* Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports to senior management.
* Engage in negotiation and value engineering to optimize project outcomes.
Experience:
* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
