Construction Project Manager - Fitout

O.T Squared are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager with shopfitting experience in the staffordshire area.

Clients Requirements:

Must have shopfitting back ground, whilst Site Management experience is a positive candidates also need to have experience managing multiple contracts.

Appropriate Principal Contractor side experience (not Client or Consultant),

Experience of Retail fit out and refurbishment, - (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Co-op, B&Q, Primark, John Lewis, Apple, H&M, Wilko, TK Maxx, Starbucks, Costa Coffee…)

Ability to deliver Multiple projects at any one time,

Project values typically from £100k - £1m with duration 3 – 8 weeks.

Comfortable dealing with projects on multiple shifts and weekends.

Reside within 45 minutes of the office in the Lichfield area.
