Electrical Site Manager
Electrical Site Manager Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager with a strong background in both domestic and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing electrical installations and site activities. Experience with a Tier 1 company is preferred. The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site electrical works, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on time.
Electrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Site Management: Oversee and manage all on-site electrical works for both domestic and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
* Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate on-site electrical teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical works with overall project objectives.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical works are carried out in strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures as needed.
* Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, providing technical guidance and support to the on-site team.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all on-site activities, including progress reports, safety logs, and materials usage, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.
* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns or queries and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Electrical Site Manager Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical site management, with a strong focus on domestic and commercial projects.
* Proven track record of managing electrical works on-site, including team leadership and project coordination.
* Experience working with a Tier 1 construction company is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and relevant industry standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
* Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
* Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
