As a young and vibrant company that has big ambitions, we are currently searching for a driven Operations Assistant to join and support our sales team.

Tasks:

• Building lists of open vacancies from both new and existing clients.
• Identifying key Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners that align with open vacancies.
• Creating lists of potential candidates for our Recruitment Consultants to place in exciting roles.
• Reaching out to potential candidates via inmails and emails to expand our network and arrange calls
• Uploading job descriptions for open vacancies.
• Track and manage all direct applicants, forwarding all qualified applicants to the relevant recruitment consultant.
• Database cleansing, recoding and organisation to ensure all information is uploaded accurately.
• Generating reports for senior management from the database

Requirements:

• Prior office experience preferred
• GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum).
• Ambitious and success-driven mindset.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Must be able to confidently manage multiple projects at the one time.
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Great communication and tech skills, including being comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle confidential information with care and keep records and presentations in perfect condition.

Working Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
