Job Description
Asset Strategy and Management Specialist
Location: Westminster City Council, London. Hybrid 2/3 Work Style:
Westminster City Council seeks a skilled Asset Strategy and Management Specialist to manage the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) stock's survey and data processes, ensuring accurate records and contributing to long-term capital investment planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HRA stock surveys, maintain the MRI Asset Management database, and ensure accurate data integration into WCC processes.
Assist in developing a 30-year capital investment plan, prioritize major works projects, and collaborate with the Asset Programme Manager to document planned works.
Oversee the MRI Asset Management database, support the development of related information systems, and ensure accurate data updates and reporting.
Respond to inquiries from residents, contractors, and WCC departments, and contribute to internal and external communications.
Foster strong working relationships, comply with Health and Safety standards, promote equality and diversity, and support additional tasks as directed.
Manage an annual capital housing expenditure programme of approximately £50 million.
Experience & Skills Required
Project management in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management
