A leading global law firm with a rich history of providing exceptional legal services to clients across a wide range of industries, including the technology and energy sectors, are recruiting for a 3-5 PQE Commercial Corporate Lawyer to join their London practice.

About the Role

In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of transactions across both the commercial and corporate practice area including, commercial contracts, technology transactions, data protection and M&A matters, with a particular focus on the technology sector.

As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in adding depth to their technology M&A, private equity, venture capital and emerging companies capabilities.

About You:

• You will have 3-5 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in corporate and commercial with experience.
• You will be ideally England & Wales qualified, with experience of working in an equally leading city or global law firm.
