Job Opportunity: Head of Project Controls – Major Construction Development

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We have an exclusive opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Head of Project Controls to join a prestigious independent construction consultancy with ambitious growth plans. This role offers the chance to shape and grow a new business unit within the firm, with a huge amount of support internally at our client to put you in place to succeed. With work already won and secured by our client, you will have the opportunity to come in and lead a major, development project whilst also forming a pivotal role in the team's future endeavours.

About the Role:

As the Head of Project Controls, you will spearhead the setup and management of multiple work streams for a high-profile scheme with construction values in excess of £200M. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Cost Management
• Risk Management
• Scheduling
• Information Management
• Document Management

About You:

Proven experience in project controls, ideally within large-scale construction or development projects. Private sector or public sector experience is suitable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
