Description
Department/Job Overview:
Working within the ARM team supporting an experienced, senior ARM with their workload and relationship manager client books.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries from clients and adhering to a high level of client servicing standards to assist RMs, such as managing payments, asset transfers and updates to their records with a keen focus on record keeping.
- Preparing and distributing client related administrative documentation; support RMs in client after-sales tasks; scheduling follow up calls & meetings; coordinating marketing events invitations and approvals.
- Making sure RMs are informed with regards to all business transaction records and client interactions.
- Assisting in account opening and closing processes, ensuring that the proper documentation is obtained in line with AML requirements and conducting KYC due diligence searches.
- Processing all client payment instructions in a timely manner relating to both internal and external requests;
- Updating clients’ account/market information in the system accurately and making sure all documentation is handled sensitively.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented, highly organised, able to manage a complex workload and prioritise accordingly.
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Demonstrate interest in financial markets and daily market movements.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills; positive personal impact.
- Strong client focus but also has the ability to say no to clients when required.
- Ability to anticipate risk and to react / call out appropriately.
- Collaborate effectively and enthusiastically across the platform, ability to manage work well as part of a broader team.
Experience Level:
- Financial industry experience required with preference in Wealth Management
Education
- Degree preferable, IAD level 4 preferable
