Role: Implementation Consultant

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

Location: UK Remote - must be based in the UK with right to work

Burns Sheehan is working with a thriving B2B SaaS business enjoying steady, sustainable growth in 2024. The organisation provides a market leading platform within the aviation sector and boasts a global client base. Their pipeline of work is such that they need a talented Implementation Consultant to act as their Onboarding Project Manager to join the team and help provide world class client onboarding.

What the role entails: you will be working within a talented, multi-disciplinary team to ensure that new clients and scopes of work run as smoothly as possible. As the Implementation Consultant, you will have regular engagement with clients as they integrate various strands of the platform into their day-to-day and your success will be a result of good organisational skill and old fashioned customer service.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience in a similar position within the SaaS sector
• You will have built trust through delivering on promises and providing outstanding service.
• Confidence in working across different teams and functions as well as "managing upwards" will also be important.
• Exposure to the aviation industry would be nice to have but is far from essential.
