Job Description
Exceptional opportunity to join a thriving global brand, in a newly created role as the business continue to move forward on their growth trajectory.
You will be working closely with all departments under the guidance of the CFO, working closely with the Ecom and Marketplace specialist.
Within the position you will....
Curate and organise product assortments on the website and market places.
Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability on the website
Manage stock levels across channels, making recommendations on trading initiatives and stock replenishments
Collaborate with External and Internal vendors to ensure product images, content and data sheets are fulfilled in a timely manner and as per the critical path
Collaborate with external and internal vendors on the construction of the critical path.
Develop in house reporting dashboards to improve transparency across the organisation, across departments
Plan and monitor replenishments of stocks at the concessions
Working with the production team to demand plan the seasonal buy. Specific requirements:
Experience as a merchandiser or similar type role (buyer, demand planner)
High volume brand experience.
Excellent Excel skills
Retail / Head office background would be nice.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives at once.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic merchandising decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technological advancements in the digital marketing landscape
Reward package:
Salary £32k - £35k
22 days annual leave rising to 25 days after the qualifying length of service
Working Hours: 9.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, office based.
Summertime leave early on Fridays
Clothing allowance £1,000
Fun Days – including sailing, paddleboarding afternoons, BBQ’s and Team Birthday lunches
