Multi Skilled Plumber

Job Description
We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of a Multi Plumber. The successful candidate will service properties across the North West.
You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.
A successful candidate will:
Have previous experience within social housing and working with the public.
Full Clean Driving Licence
NVQ or equivalent in PlumbingWhat you'll be completing:
Reactive maintenance on existing properties across the North West
Driving a company van that is provided.
Using a PDA systemThe candidate would be expected to have skills and knowledge to work in a multi skilled way which would include the application of other trades. Examples of multiskilling experience would include, patch plastering, radiator removal, tiling, siliconing, painting, minor plumbing such as removing and refixing a WC.
