Pavement and Materials Engineer

Our client in Pretoria is hunting for a Pavement and Materials Engineer to add some serious street cred to their team. If you're ready to cement your career in infrastructure, apply now and pave the way to a smoother tomorrow Requirements · PrEng/PrTech with ECSA · Minimum 8 years post registration experience with strong technical background · Experience in pavement design on National, Provincial, Metro, and Residential roads in the SADAC region. (including the usage of appropriate software packages) · Experience in rehabilitation contracts. Duties include but are not limited to: · Do traffic loading determination for pavement and rehabilitation design. · Selection and design of hot-mix asphalt surfacing. · Design of surfacing seals for rural and urban roads. · Bituminous pavement rehabilitation design. · Structural design of flexible and rigid pavements for urban, interurban, and rural roads.
