Who are we looking for: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Performance Manager to lead and optimise digital marketing strategies across our financial services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns, specifically in lead generation, app growth and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital performance metrics, a strategic approach to Google platforms and the ability to leverage agency experience to drive successful marketing outcomes. What will you do: Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and user acquisition across digital channels (paid search, display, social, etc.), with a strong focus on financial services App Growth: Manage and optimise app marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention and engagement. Collaborate with product teams to ensure smooth integration of digital strategies within the app ecosystem Lead Generation: Create and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns through digital platforms. Ensure campaigns are optimised for cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Google Platforms Management: Lead the strategic planning, execution and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display and YouTube. Leverage Google Analytics and other tools for in-depth performance analysis Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, user behaviour and ROI Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise performance and return on ad spend (ROAS) Collaboration and Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, design, IT) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with broader business goals. Lead, mentor and develop junior team members where applicable What do you need: Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong background in financial services App Marketing: Proven experience in managing digital marketing strategies for apps, focusing on user acquisition, retention and engagement Lead Generation: Extensive experience in creating and optimising lead generation campaigns in a financial services environment Google Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and other relevant tools. Google certification is preferred Agency Experience: Hands-on experience working in or with digital agencies, with a focus on delivering performance-driven results Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed marketing decisions Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, collaborate effectively and lead campaigns to success Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
