While our roots are in South Africa, our clients and projects span across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Job Description: You should have a understanding of recruitment or HR processes and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? You will work with clients from the start of the project, including the requirements gathering phase right through to post implementation and HyperCare. Thereafter you will continue to engage with the client as a Subject Matter Expert, providing continuous support, managing the Service Charter and building long term relationships. Work Arrangement: We value the importance of global collaboration while respecting the benefits of remote work. This is a work-from-home opportunity, with occasional face-to-face collaboration with colleagues in South Africa and potential travel to client meetings as needed.
