Finance Manager - Short Term Contract

About the Client:

Our client is a reputable leader in the commodities industry. They are currently seeking a well-rounded finance and accounting specialist to take on a short-term maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial / group reporting: preparing financial reports, relevant disclosures and other daily operating reports to meet the requirements of parent company.
• Timely Submission: Ensure timely submission of periodic reports, including quarterly and annual statutory/management reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure all relevant disclosures to the parent company adhere to SGX rules and group disclosure policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification holder.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in external audit firm or in-house.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Proficient in Chinese is required as there will be frequent communication head quarter.
