The Role:
As the branding division of a global cultural creative agency, 160over90, our collective charge is to elevate ideas, elevate each other, and elevate our client's storytelling in the hearts and minds of their customers.
We're looking for experienced Account Management professionals to join our award-winning team, working four days a week in our Austin office. Can you thrive in leading a book of business, collaborating with clients to navigate their advertising challenges and helping identify new opportunities for growth? Do you know the difference between executing marketing campaigns and building brands? Do you want to work at a place that excels at both?
The Account Director is the most senior account person assigned to a group of accounts and dedicated to the long-term delivery of work and generation of results. They partner with our Creative and Strategy experts to identify client needs, develop long-term work plans, determine solutions to client business challenges, and manage client contracts.

What you'll need:
- 8-10+ years of relevant industry/agency experience. Creative agency experience strongly desired.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace, fostering career growth for the individuals on your team. Outstanding ability to lead, produce and inspire in a client-service environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Ability to implement process
- A leader of people and teams
- Experience developing business with strong client relationships across a robust book of business
- Proven track record of driving revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and networking
