Indotronix is seeking a R eceptionist in the New York location

Job Title: Receptionist

Onsite position Monday thru Friday

Location: New York

Duration: 4 months

***Bilingual speaking - must speak English & Mandarin and/or Cantonese for this location

Hours per 7.5 day/37.5week

Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm with 30-minute lunch break.

Job description

Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors.

May be asked to arrange for ** room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk.

May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties.

Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical.

High School diploma and relevant experience is required.
