Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Supervise day-to-day operations on site for road, bridge, and underground utility projects.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between project managers, engineers, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in site supervision for roads, bridges, and underground wet utilities.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Certifications: Relevant safety and construction certifications preferred.
