Job Description
Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a UK-wide construction and infrastructure business that delivers a range of projects for both public and private sector clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join our team in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
About the Role
* Coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel
* Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme.
* Lead and motivate a team. Supervise all direct labour as necessary, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.
About You
* Experienced Site Manager
* Educated to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent
* Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Hold a CITB 5 days SMSTS, First Aid at work or a relevant CSCS Card.
* A strong leader, with the ability to identify and notify development areas across the team
* Ability to motivate staff and colleagues to perform, ensuring standards and specifications are met.
* Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous, along with a Construction Industry Training Board.
* Ideally have refurbishment experience.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
