Job Description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a new business focused Sales Manager, ideally with a knowledge of composite windows & doors for an established business that carry out both restoration and new build projects.

This person will have experience of the specification route to market including contacts within specifiers, architects, contractors and developers and should also have a good knowledge of composite products. The role is based from home and offers excellent career progression with the opportunity to build a team around you once sales targets have been achieved.

The role responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities

* Build and maintain strong long lasting relationships with customers

* Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives

* Provide advice on product development promotion strategies

* Conduct presentations to raise the brand and product profile

* Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices

The candidates skills and experience:

* Have current experience working within a new build sales role within the fenestration industry

* Knowledge of timber and aluclad products to be able to demonstrate and give advice

* Excellent management and communication skills

* Have an solid record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

* Be forward thinking and have good negotiating skills
