£46/hr - AP - Assessment team - Social worker (South west)
Contract - Full time
Looking to earn well above the capped rate for social work, whilst having the opportunity to work remotely 2/3 days a week, allowing you to tackle caseloads from the comfort of your own home.
We're currently recruiting around the South West, looking for highly experienced social workers to become a part of the R&A team.
About the role:
QA and assissting newly qualified social workers
Completing Case summaries.
Supervising social workers on visits - assissting with cases and court reports.
What we offer you:
A generous rate of £46/hr. Well above the hourly cap for a QSW.
Reduced Caseload
The backing of a well established team, rated 'Good' by Ofsted.
Experience in a leadership role, in order to further your career prospects in the future.
The backing of a dedicated staff of social workers.
What you'll bring to the table:
At least 3 years post-qualifying experience as a social worker
Considerable Duty experience.
Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
