Competitive salary of £31,658 - £37,136 (with OTE exceeding £42,000), a company car, 25 days of annual leave, and uncapped commission
There has never been a better time to join us at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK with our rich history and unrivalled reputation. We are looking for a predominantly field-based, Business Development Executive to work out of our Depot in Fareham, Hampshire.
The position is a permanent full-time contract where you will be able to earn a competitive base salary, uncapped sales commission, and have access to an extensive range of benefits.
What will I be doing:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to develop, manage and maintain a pipeline of new business in order to deliver growth for the Southeast Region.
* Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with securing new business. It’s a chance to put your talents to the test in a stimulating role, where you’ll bring new, profitable customers to the business.
* Pro-actively and reactively selling profitable new business within your area to meet set targets. Reporting leads, calls, quotes, and contract activity on the Company CRM.
* Day-to-day, you’ll be out and about, building relationships with new clients and doing all you can to deliver an effective waste solution – one that meets all a client’s needs, while delivering on targets such as Sales performance and Revenue.
* You’ll operate in a specific geographic area (Fareham) working closely with our teams to achieve your goals. That means you ability to communicate effectively will be crucial.
What you need to apply:
* Experience of generating, managing and maintaining a sales pipeline and delivering against a 100% new business target
* Someone with a record of achievement in new business sales
* Experience of establishing and maintaining customer relationships
* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise in line with Regional Growth Plans
* A background in the Waste industry isn’t essential, as we’ll give you all the training you need. However, you must be capable of creating sales plans; direct selling; presenting to clients; and negotiating at all levels.
* Driven, experienced and IT-literate.
