An industry leading contractor in the commercial contract flooring market requires an experienced Estimator to oversee pre-contract and estimating functions.
The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in their various ongoing projects and the overall progress of the company.

Value engineering
Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimatesAbout the Candidate
Previous experience in pricing flooring contracts
