What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Support: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is a must, especially with SEN students.
SEN Specialist: Ability to provide effective 1:1 support tailored to the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Child Development Knowledge: A good understanding of child development and various strategies to help students learn and grow.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
