IT Service Manager
6 month Contract £300/day Umbrella
Based in Manchester or Blackpool – Hybrid role
This public sector organisation is looking for a Service Improvement Specialist with a proven history of working within Service management and ITL 4 foundation.
You will have:
* Previous experience of working in Service Improvement
* Maintaining secure configuration and accurate information.
* Controlling IT assets in one or more significant areas
* Verifying location and state of assets.
* Experience with either ITIL or supporting Service Improvement
* Previous experience of managing service and support functions
The Role:
* Responsible for managing the service delivery of ICT services
* Defining service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) across all relevant business functions.
* Manage a fully functioning multi-sourced service support team
* Focus on service ability & performance ensuring service and support functions remain responsive to customer needs.
* Ensuring reporting and service standards are met
