Senior Project Manager - Major £50m Hotel Fit Out
Up to £120,000 + Package + Bonus

A new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager on a major London hotel fit out project has recently arisen.
This exciting project will see an iconic listed building converted into a prestigious 120 bed luxurious hotel with private residences, restaurants, shops, a gym, and spa. The fit out cost will be £50m.
This high level opportunity will suit a Project Director or a Senior Project Manager who understands how to deliver high end residential or major hotel fit out project with a build cost of £40m. Your brief will be to lead and drive a strong construction team consisting of project and site managers to meet the programme
Reporting to a Project Director your skills, experience and attributes will include:
• A minimum of 15 years' experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role contractor on prominent projects
• Proven experience of delivery from start to completion.
• Previous prime hotels and/or prime residential experience would be an advantage
• Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project
• Client-facing
A competitive salary and package will be on offer and the opportunity to progress in to a more senior role at the end of the project. .
